Guildcrest has developed an attractive and competitively priced housing product for Ontario First Nations. Our factory-built housing components are delivered to the site and erected. Using local labour the purchaser has all the site work completed, including the necessary interior finish work. This provides a good opportunity for "sweat equity" to be invested, or for local employment opportunities to be created. Training and supervision can also be provided for larger, community-based projects.
