- low E is a glass coating that reduces heat loss to the outside while allowing the suns warming rays inside
- argon is an inert gas sealed between the layers of glass; it does not conduct heat or cold as air would, thus reducing heating and cooling bills

Garages
Garages are shown on certain plans. If standard or purchased, Guildcrest will supply the following material package:
- roof truss; gable truss; ladder; shingles; prebent fascia; soffit; vinyl siding and trims; house wrap; pre-hung insulated steel door; lockset for door; window (unfinished); exterior light fixtures (one at front for single garage; two at front for double garage; one at rear man door)
- valley flashing and step flashing are not included
- Your builder will complete the construction of the garage on site

Porches/kneewalls
- Porches and kneewalls (not standard) are shown on certain plans. If standard or purchased, Guildcrest will supply:
vinyl siding, fascia, soffit, trusses, shingles, etc.
- valley flashing, step flashing, lumber, lintels, beams and sheathing are not supplied
- on the Stratford, posts for construction only i.e. without flat stock, are included
- Your builder will complete the construction of these features on site
