Garages

Garages are shown on certain plans. If standard or purchased, Guildcrest will supply the following material package:

• roof truss; gable truss; ladder; shingles; prebent fascia; soffit; vinyl siding and trims; house wrap; pre-hung insulated steel door; lockset for door; window (unfinished); exterior light fixtures (one at front for single garage; two at front for double garage; one at rear man door)
• valley flashing and step flashing are not included
• Your builder will complete the construction of the garage on site

Porches/kneewalls

• Porches and kneewalls (not standard) are shown on certain plans. If standard or purchased, Guildcrest will supply:
  vinyl siding, fascia, soffit, trusses, shingles, etc.
• valley flashing, step flashing, lumber, lintels, beams and sheathing are not supplied
  • on the Stratford, posts for construction only i.e. without flat stock, are included
• Your builder will complete the construction of these features on site
